FOR NATURAL GAS PIPELINES AND ELECTRIC UTILITIES

BWMQ has provided cost of service training for a number of our natural gas pipeline and electric utility clients.  We stand ready to provide in-depth cost of service and rate classes here in Washington, D.C. for the natural gas pipeline industry and electric utility industry.  These separate classes will be approximately 3 days in length and provide comprehensive instruction on how to perform a FERC cost of service study for a natural gas pipeline, or electric utility.  These classes will include instruction by subject matter experts, and a detailed electronic and printed manual with precedent case cites on all cost nad rate issues.
